Our Crews Working Here Since

Local crews. Local knowledge.

Island Park Services isn't a regional outfit with a satellite office here — this is home. Our shop sits on Yale Kilgore Road, our crews live here, and we've been working this terrain since 1996. We know which roads drift shut first, where the water table runs high near the Henrys Fork, and how the short caldera building season really works.

That local depth matters whether you're a builder racing the season on a foundation dig, a full-time resident who needs the driveway open every morning, or a cabin owner three states away who needs someone trustworthy on the ground.

From Macks Inn and Island Park Village to Last Chance and out through Fremont County, we've built our reputation here one project at a time — and we intend to keep it.

Headquartered here

3553 Yale Kilgore Road — our full fleet and crew are based in Island Park, not dispatched from a distant hub.

Caldera soil & snow-load expertise

Nearly 30 years of working Island Park's volcanic soil, freeze-thaw cycles, and record snow — we build and clear for conditions we know personally.

Remote owner protocols

Photo updates, call-ahead snow clearing, and full project management for owners who can't be on site.

We Know This Caldera

Island Park sits inside an ancient volcanic caldera — high water tables, sandy volcanic soil, and lodgepole forest. Every landmark below is a jobsite condition we've worked around for decades.

Henrys Fork & Big Springs

Riverfront and spring-fed properties mean high water tables. We know where septic systems need alternative designs before the perc test says so.

Harriman & the Lodgepole Forest

Dense lodgepole stands around cabins are beautiful — and beetle-kill prone. We handle tree removal, cleanup, and defensible-space clearing.

Sawtelle Peak & Shotgun Valley

Steep grades and exposed slopes drift hard in winter. Our operators know which approaches stay passable and which need constant work.

Macks Inn to Last Chance

The 33-mile 'main street' along Highway 20 — we run it daily, so response times are minutes, not hours.

Island Park Reservoir

Lakefront lots come with erosion, shoreline grading, and access-road challenges we've solved on dozens of properties.

Mesa Falls & Warm River

Our service range runs south through Ashton and St. Anthony — full coverage of the Fremont County corridor.

A crew for every season

Caldera Winters

Island Park routinely sees 15+ feet of total snowfall, and the caldera holds cold air — mornings at -30°F happen every year. Our plows, blowers, and loaders run all season with automatic clearing after every storm or call-ahead service for your arrival.

The Short Build Season

The ground here gives you roughly June through October to dig, pour, and backfill. We schedule excavation, septic, and utility work tight to the thaw so your project doesn't lose a year to the calendar.
